Kimberley Rimsza

Kimberley Rimsza, based in Phoenix, Arizona, brings to the table a
remarkable career spanning over 35 years, with a focus primarily on the
commercial Food Service Equipment sector. Currently at the helm as the
President of S&K Rimsza Family Office, overseeing real estate holdings in
Arizona, she has shifted her gaze towards personal fulfillment and savoring
the rewards of her extensive professional journey. Kimberley's pursuits
encompass travel, cultivating hobbies, and relishing moments with her
cherished family.

In her downtime, Kimberley immerses herself in various hobbies and interests.
Her deep-rooted passion for culinary experiences, nurtured through her tenure
in the food service industry, extends to exploring new dining establishments
and savoring diverse cuisines. Additionally, she nurtures an appreciation for
wine, frequently embarking on journeys of discovery with different varieties
and food pairings. Moreover, Kimberley is an avid reader with an emerging
interest in artistic endeavors, underscoring her dedication to continuous
learning and self-improvement. Over the past two decades, she has
developed a newfound passion for colored gemstones, eagerly attending the
world’s largest gem and mineral show in Tucson each February. Recently, she
has been captivated by turquoise, resonating with the Southwest lifestyle.

Kimberley Rimsza kick-started her academic journey at Rollins College in
Florida, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration
and Economics. Subsequently, she embarked on an illustrious professional
voyage, assuming leadership roles across esteemed organizations. Notably,
she held the positions of CEO and President at Gill Group, Inc., successfully
orchestrating its acquisition by TriMark USA. Transitioning to higher
management within TriMark, she played a pivotal role as Executive Vice
President, spearheading operations in the Western Region and catering to a
diverse client base, including Federal Government facilities.

Throughout her career, Kimberley has carved a niche for herself as a dynamic
and influential leader, consistently prioritizing people development and
fostering a culture of teamwork and personal growth. She finds profound
fulfillment in guiding others towards solutions and empowering them to refine
their skills. Kimberley's commitment to advancing women in leadership is
evident through her recent role on the board of YPO Gold Arizona Chapter as
the Athena Officer, which was actively promoting and recruiting women into
the YPO organization.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Kimberley Rimsza remains deeply engaged in her community, notably through her longstanding involvement with the Young
Presidents Organization (YPO). With over two decades of dedication to YPO,
she currently serves as the Educational Officer for her YPO Expedition
Chapter, shaping learning programs across various cities. Through her
involvement in YPO, Kimberley channels her passion for knowledge-sharing
and cultivates meaningful connections.

Above all, Kimberley considers her family a beacon of joy and inspiration.
With three children (triplets), two stepchildren, and six grandchildren, family
remains the cornerstone of her life and a paramount priority in all her
endeavors.
